All rooms are furnished to a very high standard, each with an independent entrance, en-suite bathroom, elegant furniture, luxurious bedcovers and linens, satellite television and mosquito screening on all windows. The style of cooking is elaborate and innovative but keeps true to traditional recipes and ingredients of the area, including porcini mushrooms, white and black truffles and local seasonal produce. The restaurant is on split levels and has an intimate and elegant feel. Perfectly situated, it is an ideal base from which to explore both Umbria and Tuscany with towns like Perugia, Gubbio, Todi, Cortona and Siena within easy reach as well as the city of Florence.
