The wonderful Villa Luciana is situated in an exclusive woodland park with private swimming pool and private tennis court. Inside the accommodation ranges extensively over mezzanine floors. The Villa can accomodate 15 people.
The mezzanine floors are a series of 4/6 steps at a time with a central staircase to the first floor. Depending on the size of group, various areas of the house are opened up. Entrance into hall and large sitting/dining room with open fireplace and doors to the grounds. One WC, cloakroom. Large dining room leading onto a furnished terrace. Lovely, large kitchen/breakfast room, well equipped and efficient with open, waist-high barbecue fireplace, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven and dishwasher. Billiard room. Small sitting room with open fireplace. Three double bedded rooms, two with en suite bathroom, WC and one with en suite shower room, WC. One double bedded room with en suite shower room, WC. One double bedded room and a separate bathroom with WC etc. For more than 10 a further suite is opened which provides another two double bedded rooms, one single room and a bathroom with WC etc.
In addition to the park, there is a choice of terraces on both the ground and first floor levels of the villa. With the bedrooms staggered throughout the house, there is plenty of privacy and seclusion for everyone. The bedrooms are handsomely furnished and all the bathrooms are beautifully tiled. The living rooms are part rustic, part modern furnishings and there is a large billiard and games room. The swimming pool is on a level below the house and the tennis court on yet a lower level. Telephone and television have been installed. Some fascinating historical cities surround the villa - Gubbio is approximately 25 kms away, Perugia 40kms and popular Assisi only 30 kms. The village of Trestina is approximately 1 kilometre for immediate shopping and there are so many appetizing dishes.
